We believe in investing in the potential of our employees and their loved ones, recognizing that education is a transformative force that opens doors to a brighter future. Our scholarship program is designed to empower employees and their dependents with opportunities for educational advancement and personal growth—and it’s a testament to our unwavering dedication to fostering learning and development within our community.

Building a Brighter Future, One Scholarship at a Time

We set aside 10% of the prior year's total contributions, including the company's match, for scholarships. To ensure that our scholarships have a meaningful impact, we award a minimum of 20 scholarships annually, each valued at $2,500. And because educational pursuits come in various forms, our scholarships encompass traditional higher education as well as trade schools and other educational avenues.

Education for All

These scholarships are not just for employees and the children of employees but also extend to their grandchildren. In our commitment to equity and fairness, we have excluded a level of the management team from being eligible to apply for these scholarships. This decision reflects our dedication to prioritizing those who may face greater financial barriers to education.
