HOUSTON, TX — On Wednesday, September 10, 2025, Wisenbaker Builder Services proudly welcomed builders to our Houston HomExpo at the Houston Design Center. The event proved to be a tremendous success, providing an opportunity to explore new solutions, connect with our experts, and gain hands-on experience with the latest products and technologies.

A Day of Learning and Connection

Builders engaged directly with our product managers throughout the day, exploring in-depth analytics, product demonstrations, and discussions focused on efficiency and profitability.

Cabinetry – Showcasing new stains, products, and our 5-day cabinet lead times.
Countertops – Premium slabs sourced from PBA Stones in Brazil, fabricated in Houston with consistency and accuracy.
Flooring – Spotlight on durable, low-maintenance laminate designed to deliver the look of wood while maximizing margins.
Premium Carpet Cushion – Crafted to provide comfort underfoot while protecting your carpet for years to come.

Laminate delivers style, durability, and strong margins, but premium carpet cushion led the way with comfort, protection, and long-term peace of mind.

Premium Carpet Cushion

Springs – Builder basic 3/8”, 5 lbs. density, rebond padding.
Benefits – ½”, 6 lbs. density and rebond cushion.
Vegas –1/2", 6 lbs. rebond cushion with SpillGuard moisture protection barrier. The added thickness gives the cushion some additional comfort underfoot, and the Spillguard moisture barrier prevents spills and accidents from penetrating cushion.This cushion comes with a non- transferable “Life of the Carpet” Warranty.
Aspen – ½”, 7lbs density, rebond cushion that contains some Memory Foam content and a Spillguard moisture barrier. The added Memory Foam content in this cushion enhances the cushion feeling underfoot. The Spillguard moisture barrier prevents spills and accidents from penetrating cushion. This cushion comes with a non-transferable Life of the Home warranty (excluding stairs).
Scotchguard – A full ½” molded, pre-densified, urethane foam with Block Out™ moisture barrier on the top of the cushion, and a bottom moisture barrier for additional protection. This product provides the ultimate luxurious feeling underfoot. The Block Out™ moisture barrier will inhibit the growth of mold, mildew and odor-causing bacteria, as well as keep any liquids from ever penetrating the foam. This product comes with a non-transferable ‘Life of the Home” warranty that includes staircases. This cushion will extend carpets stain and soil warranty by 5 years IF the carpet is treated by the manufacturer with Scotchgard Protector
