Meet Kim …
Kim is one of the many success stories within the WBS family. Over her career at WBS, She has worked in a range of positions. Today, Kim is the Director of our Houston Design Center Operations.
Kim’s story begins in December, 2005 when she was hired as an administrative assistant based on a family referral. This role involved many different types of tasks and responsibilities. Early on Kim displayed has a unique set of skills that include organization, leadership, preparedness and an incredible work ethic.
In 2007, Kim began work as the admin for all Design Center invoicing. This required her to assist in the scheduling of design appointments and soon started Kim down the path of becoming a Designer shortly thereafter.
Kim took a short hiatus from the Design Centers to start a new family only to return to us in March, 2012 as an admin in the custom showroom. Her willingness to meet new challenges was evident when Kim was needed to assist in another builder design center where she filled the role of scheduling coordinator and was also responsible for all the spec home designs.
In August of 2014, Kim was made the office manager of our Main Design Center in Houston. She has shown that the ability to adapt to new challenges coupled with an excellent work ethic can result in career success as WBS
