About Your New Engineered Wood Floor

Wood is a natural product with variations in color, tone, and grain, and wood may look different installed in your floor than installed in the showroom.
Wood floors will scratch and indent under household conditions, such as large pets moving through the home or a family member wearing high heels or spiked athletic shoes.
As wood floors age, they undergo a color change known as patina. This color change is normal and cannot be avoided when using a natural product.
