On its own, our massive Reeveston manufacturing facility houses more material than most distributors do, with over 20,000 slabs in inventory in our 110,000 SF of under-roof storage. Capable of producing natural stone and quartz countertops for 200 homes every single day, its production capabilities blow competitors out of the water.
Our custom countertop process begins with the use of cutting-edge templating technology, which captures the exact specifications and seamlessly feeds that information into our production programs. We use those same programs to coordinate manufacturing for your other building materials, helping us to shorten lead times and ensure on-time installation.
Our Texas-based cabinet manufacturing facilities produce an average of 1,200 cabinets every day—enough to fill 60 houses. For each of our cabinets, we strategically source natural wood material, including oak, maple, beech, poplar, MDF, and particleboard, that consistently meets our customers’ exacting specifications.
