Nsight is our reporting platform that conducts analytics on our data to see where improvements can be made. Recommending product choices that can boost your bottom line, highlighting ways to adjust homebuyer pricing, identifying recurring scheduling issues, it’s all covered in the Nsight report available to our customers.

VEO Design Studio

Veo Design Studio is available to our builder customers and redefining the homebuilding experience. Design is complicated, with homebuyers having to make complex product selections. VEO Design Studio simplifies selections, streamlines pricing, and enhances collaboration between builders and buyers. A buyer can open the program and explore different products, designs, and finishes for their home while seeing on-the-spot pricing for each choice they make. Their final products are then imported into our sales system, giving us greater visibility into buyer selections. Veo Design Studio is redefining the homebuilding experience.

Clipboard gives our installers everything they need to complete the job. Within it, they can access information on outstanding jobs, like the job address, scheduled installation date, product details, and job specific notes, all available in English as well as their native language.Once a job is complete, they’re able to mark it complete and upload photos of the work to our system, and that information is then shared with our builder customers through Homebase.

Homebase

For the utmost transparency, Homebase gives our customers access to check job status and submit a service request. Just search by your project’s address, and you’ll find scheduled jobs, real-time updates, documentation, and more in Homebase. Available on any mobile device for all Wisenbaker customers.

Real-Time Updates on Installation Status

When our field area managers inspect job sites to assess installation status, they rely on the Mobile IQA app to verify that installations have been completed to our high standards.

Mobile IQA

Mobile IQA is our quality assurance solution that helps us complete in a timely manner all installs per our customers’ satisfaction. After a subcontractor completes a job, our Wisenbaker area managers visit the site to inspect the work and uses Mobile IQA to perform real-time grading. Mobile IQA, provides internal analytics when a job is marked complete or if any service needs to be done. Mobile IQA is our way of ensuring we are on time every time.
